1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NasrAI.org (the “Website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

These Terms are governed under the Contract Act, 1872 and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (ETO), 2002 of Pakistan.

2. Services Overview

NasrAI provides AI-based digital tools, analytics, automation systems and related technological services (“Services”). The platform may update or modify its offerings periodically without prior notice to maintain innovation and compliance standards.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use NasrAI’s Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws of Pakistan and international digital conduct norms.
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, resell, or misuse the AI tools or data provided through the platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity occurring under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, models, code, and data displayed on NasrAI.org are the exclusive intellectual property of NasrAI or its respective licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 (Pakistan) and international conventions such as the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.

5. Limitation of Liability

NasrAI shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any output generated by its AI systems. All tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

This limitation complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and aligns with global standards including the UN Guidelines for Consumer Protection.

6. User-Generated Content

Any text, image, or data uploaded or generated by the user remains their intellectual property; however, by submitting it to NasrAI, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and improve AI models where applicable.

7. Payment & Subscription Terms

All payments made for NasrAI services are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled as per the terms outlined during the purchase process.

8. Termination of Access

NasrAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating our Terms, engaging in unlawful activities, or attempting to compromise platform integrity or security under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016.

9. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the civil courts in Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.

For international users, NasrAI also aligns with major digital compliance frameworks, including:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – European Union (2018)
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) – United States (2020)
  • OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
  • United Nations Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts (2005)

10. Modifications to Terms

NasrAI reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect once posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after such updates implies your acceptance of the new Terms.
